Abstract submission, is open now here and closes on Monday, 2 October. and has been extended until Occtober 16th. Acceptance notices and talk / poster assignments will be sent by Monday, 6 November. Abstract fee is $50. We have partnered with the University of New Hampshire to manage Abstracts Submissions and Meeting registration, including fees processing, through their Learn For Life system.  

How to prepare your BIOGEOMON 2024 abstract:

Prepare a file that includes the abstract with title and all authors and affiliations.

• Specify the authors in this format: Last name, first name, middle initial or name (if applicable), institution, email address, ORCiD (optional).
• Please limit the text of your abstract to 400 words, not counting your title and author information. 
• The maximum allowed file size for uploads is 10,240 KB.
• File extensions allowed for uploads are: doc, docx, pdf, txt
• File uploads may not be supported on mobile devices. Use a supported device to complete a file upload.
• When you upload your abstract you will be asked to select the session you would like to submit to, for more information on sessions see the program here.
